My photographs testify to my coming-of-age from a self-deluded iconoclast whose affixation to being different eventually evanesced into a contented acquiescence to the everyday, creative self-awareness and the blurry phenomenological possibility of a moderated personality.
My work evolved from imitating formal aesthetics to sabotaging conventional representations to finally subtly reinterpreting the everyday around me. I would hope the creative and negative momentum has synthesized to supplant a metamodern frame for what I see. I'm working to build a portfolio in street photography, in hopes to develop an observational instinct for seemingly nonexistent moments.
